Overview
In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team: admin@revandclutch.com, and provide a clear photo showing the issue and the receipt including the order number. There is no need to return the damaged product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or colour. In case of an unsucccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
